This job placement program is for students from other institutions. This program will be conducted in a common place (it may be in a college or in some public place) where students from different colleges will take part
Campus Interviews Jobs:
After completion of graduation every student turn their focus on campus interviews. Campus interviews are held at own institute where you had studied. If your have good reputation in the view of recruiter this option is best suited for you. The selection process of recruitment varies from recruiter to recruiter  but  they follow the some round which are common in campus interviews like written test, proficiency test, technical round, group discussions and personal interview followed psychometric tests.
Walk-In's:
Walk-In interviews are generally use internet media or print media(newspapers). As the name suggests you just need to Walk-In to the selection process.
Interviewer may not heard all about your institute, so the selection entirely depends upon your resume.
Resume is the only way that you sell your skills and strengths to the recruiter.

Minimum things to carry

  1. 2 or 3 passport photographs
  2. 2 or 3 copies of resume
  3. previous pay slips
Common Recruitment Tests:
These type selection are conducted by government sector like UPSC,SSC,CIVIL SERVICES as well as public sector undertakings like NTPC,IOC etc., .They all depend up on electronic media and print media.
This option for a beginner is good because these sectors doesn't demand experience and tests are almost common for all types of tests.

Based On Job Sites:
This is right platform for recruiters as well aspirants, now a days many of the job sites provide aspirants many ways to find job through means of E-mail, SMS, android based applications.
